system introduction
1. Conveying system of solder paste printing machine
Composition: including conveyor guide rail, motor, transmission wheel, belt, stop plate sensing device, and track width adjustment device.
Function: Adjust the board entry, exit and stop positions and carrier board width during the PCB printing process to adapt to PCB printing of different sizes.
2. Screen positioning system of solder paste printing machine
Composition: including screen moving device and screen fixing device;
Function: Clamp the stencil, move the stencil into position, and fix the stencil.
3. PCB positioning system for solder paste printing machine
Composition: Including magnetic ejector pin and flexible PCB board clamping device.
Function: The magnetic ejector (removable) device can ensure that the PCB board is flat and not warped; the flexible PCB board clamping device can clamp PCB boards of different sizes and thicknesses.
4. Vision system of solder paste printing machine
Composition: including camera, light source control system, display system and visual control software.
Function: Downward vision function ensures fast and accurate identification and alignment of stencils and PCBs.
5. Squeegee system of solder paste printing machine
Composition: Includes scraper clamping head and scraper drive control.
Function: Control the strength and speed of the scraper to achieve pressure on the stencil, make the stencil closely contact the PCB, and make the solder paste roll evenly to ensure that the solder paste enters the mold.
