Function:
1. Suitable for circuit boards and general soldering products (with appropriate fixtures)
2. Improve welding quality and imitate manual welding
3. Improve production efficiency, and can weld batch products at the same time, which is about 4 times higher than manual work.

Features:
1. The up and down movement uses a stepper motor to drive the ball screw. The accuracy of the stepper motor is 0.1mm and the soldering depth is accurate.
2. The circuit board is floated on the tin surface and immersed in tin, and is not affected by the soldering depth.
3. The lifting speed of the immersed product is adjustable, and the tin immersion angle of the circuit board is adjustable to reduce surface tension and meet process requirements.
4. It has the function of automatically scraping off the surface oxide into the tin slag tank in each working cycle to improve the welding quality.
5. It can preheat the surface of circuit boards and flux to improve activity and welding quality.
6. The soldering time can be adjusted arbitrarily from 1 second to 10 seconds.
7. It adopts ceramic high-temperature heating plate, which has been insulated and has a long service life. The temperature control adopts PID control with an accuracy of ±3°. The tin furnace furnace adopts industrial pure titanium TA2, and the temperature detection adopts K-type thermocouple.
8. There are a variety of soldering fixtures for matching products, which can be purchased at will, and customization is also accepted.
9. The temperature setting range reaches 500ºC.



Scope of application:
1. The production batch is large, and the specifications are many, and the main ones are straight plug-ins. One machine can be used universally, and there is no need to adjust the machine. Compared with wave soldering, the efficiency is equivalent, but the cost is greatly reduced, and the quality is guaranteed.

2. There are manufacturers of instruments and equipment. There are many PCB specifications, but the quantity is very small. Manual tin immersion requires high proficiency of employees and the cost of wave soldering is high, so automatic tin immersion furnaces are chosen.

3. For some relatively large boards that will deform during the tin immersion process, our company has specially made a jig to prevent the PCB from deforming during the tin immersion process.
