This device is a fully automated processing equipment.
The cleaning process is controlled by PLC.
Operators control production through a color touchscreen.
Transported by a transfer robot, it comprises a fully automatic continuous processing system involving cleaning, rinsing,
dehydration, drying, and other sections.
The cleaning operator places the workpiece-carrying cleaning basket on the feeding platform for feeding. Then, the transfer robot sequentially delivers the cleaning basket to each workstation for processing. Subsequently, the workpiece is moved by the robot to the unloading platform for unloading, where the operator removes the cleaning basket for the next step of processing.
