·The spray movement is controlled by stepper motor + driver, the spray is accurately positioned, stable and reliable
·Japanese paint nozzle, adjustable spray area and atomization depth
·The flux automatic supply system adopts Japanese SMC with dynamic pump and automatic supply to maintain constant pressure of flux.
·Complete flux recovery and exhaust filtration system, beneficial to the environment
·Modular design of all components for easy maintenance
·Customized rails, hardened, wear-resistant, never deformed
·Chain cleaning, automatic cleaning, upper and lower brushes for deep cleaning
·Manual adjustment of substrate width; adjustable conveying angle
·Transportation speed is controlled by frequency converter, stepless speed regulation
·The precision width-adjusting screw rod is stable and reliable. The width-adjusting system is outside the casing, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance and will not stick to flux.
