3.1 Main structure composition
The equipment is mainly composed of frame, spray cleaning system, spray rinsing system, internal mobile mechanism, cleaning solution tank, rinsing solution tank, electric heating air system, water circulation system, spray room, high-pressure air cutting system and electric control box.
3.2 Water circulation system and working principle
Double pumps and double pipes prevent liquid leakage. The liquid is directly returned to the tank for cleaning.
3.3 Internal moving mechanism
a. The mechanism adopts high-precision linear guide rail, sliding block and ball screw, which are driven by stepper motor to move left and right, ensuring accurate reset each time, long service life and convenient maintenance or replacement,
b. Operate the spray bar to move left and right to spray, and select local areas to achieve targeted spraying.
3.4 cleaning system
When cleaning, the stencil is fixed, the spray bar sprays from left to right, and all cleaning nozzles spray cleaning liquid under high pressure to clean the workpiece in an all-round scanning way. 3.5 Rinsing system
During rinsing, the screen plate is fixed, the spray bar sprays back and forth from left to right, all rinsing nozzles spray DI water under high pressure to rinse the workpiece in an all-round scanning way, and the DI water after rinsing directly flows back to the rinsing tank for circulating filtration and heating.

3.6 Storage tank
The storage tank is used to recover, store and filter the sprayed liquid. Two stainless steel primary filter screens are set at the outlet of the storage tank to protect and clean the pump, and then pass through the 10um filter.
3.7 Water circulating device
The cleaning room adopts primary filter, liquid tank filter adopts secondary filter, and stainless steel single core filter adopts tertiary filter.
3.8 Liquid level sensor
Due to the volatilization of the liquid, the workpiece is repeatedly cleaned, resulting in the continuous reduction of the liquid. The sensor detects the upper, middle and lower limits of the liquid storage capacity to alarm and control, and informs the operator of the function of adding liquid.
3.9 Temperature control device
The temperature in the liquid tank is controlled by the temperature controller to set the ideal temperature through thermocouple detection.
3.10 Heating device
The cleaning efficiency can be improved through the electric heating device of
the heating pipe.
3.11 Drying device
High pressure air cutting refers to the air flow generated by the high-pressure fan, which is heated by the heating pipe, and then the water drops on the surface of the washed workpiece are quickly separated by the air knife, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid drying of the workpiece.
