JAGUAR inline vacuum reflow realize high volume automatic soldering, reduces production cost.
Built-in high effecient vacuum modules, adapt original German imported vacuum pump, reliable and stable, can rapid depressurization to 1Mbar within 8s, can below 50Mbar in 13s,the corresponding limit vacuum can reach 1Mbar, Unique control vacuum extraction software and hardware control mode, software can be divided into 4 sections of vacuum extraction and electric valve control valve opening and closing control pumping speed to cope with a variety of complex processes, the cavity rate is reduced to less than 1%.
The test welding temperature curve mode can be set directly to facilitate the adjustment of the process.
Multi-temperature zone design, independent temperature control, to meet the requirements of different temperature curves.
Effectively solve the pores and voids after welding; The cavity rate can be controlled below 3%, and the limit cavity rate can be reduced to less than 1%.

Features
High efficiency, Less voids, Low maintenance: JAGUAR reflow with the vacuum option can effectively solve the problems of pores, voids and voids after welding, and can reduce the cavity rate to less than 1% when the vacuum pressure reaches 10mhar-5mbar. Vacuum pressure and vacuum rate can be set separately and saved as curve parameters. This integrated solution makes the production process more stable and efficient, avoids excessive voids leading to PCB rewelding or scrapping, and reduces production costs.

Precise vacuum pressure and temperature control curves:As with standard reflow welding, there is heat insulation between the heating zones, and the temperature of each heating zone can be adjusted individually to ensure a flexible temperature curve and welding process. When the vacuum process is opened, the temperature curve can still reach the set value under the pressure of 10mbar (TL≤90s,TP≤240ºC); Thanks to the infrared heating function inside the chamber, the temperature of the components inside the vacuum chamber unit can reach the conventional standard setting, ensuring an efficient temperature production process.
Vacuum welding effect comparison:Nitrogen environment welding: The incidence of welding bubbles under normal atmospheric pressure is about 25%, and the chip with a large welding area at the bottom can reach 40%. Nitrogen environment + vacuum welding: welding under vacuum pressure, the incidence of bubbles is about 1%-5%, and can even reach about 0.5%.
