Equipment Description
1.The equipment is designed to meet the high-precision requirements of electronic PCB soldering. It has flexible parameter adjustment functions and is suitable for use on automated production lines that require high efficiency and precision.
2.The transportation direction of the equipment is from left to right. The width of the conveyor belt is adjustable from 60 to 410 mm electrically. The maximum carrying weight can reach 8 kg, which can easily adapt to various sizes of PCB boards, greatly improving production flexibility and ensuring accurate and stable transmission.
3.It supports PCB boards with a thickness of 0.8 to 2.0 mm and is suitable for soldering various electronic components. Whether it is a standard circuit board or a specially designed product, it can provide the best soldering effect.
4.The temperature of the tin furnace can be adjusted from 270 to 320 °C, and the preheating temperature is from 80 to 150 °C. The soldering process is precisely controllable, avoiding overheating or poor soldering.
5.It is equipped with a high-precision positioning system. The positioning accuracy of the X, Y, and Z axes is as high as ±0.15 mm, with high soldering accuracy to meet the needs of refined electronic products.
6.The soldering speed is as high as 10 mm/s (X, Y axes) and 2-10 mm/s (Z axis), enabling efficient soldering to be completed in a short time, improving production efficiency and shortening the production cycle.
7.The distance between soldering points is ≤ 2 mm, and the distance between pads is required to be < 0.6 mm, which is suitable for densely arranged circuit boards.
8.It adopts intelligent power adjustment technology. The total power is only 20 KW, and the operating power is approximately 5-8 KW, minimizing energy consumption and improving work efficiency.
9.The purity of nitrogen is as high as 99.998%, and the gas source is stable, ensuring a constant atmosphere during the soldering process, avoiding oxidation, and improving the soldering quality.
