JAGUAR Pick and Place Machine with 6 Heads

Functions:

1. Two heads stick parts and two transmission system in turn incessantly to make the efficiency is higher.
2. Optical image recognition, adjusting the components on the flying process, identifying the mark Automatically;Mathematical operation model, accurate posting. 
3. Digital test pressure, automatically process and alarm when it didn't pick the components successfully.
4. Three-sector on transmission system, reduce the time for delivering the boards.
5. Fitted with 48 feeder lanes.
6. All of the motors are Japanese Brand, the spindle is Panasonic A5 servo motor.
7. Fixed cameras use high-pixel and high-definition industrial cameras which imported from Germany.
