Working principle
1. Drainage, drain the water from the heating platform, and vacuum.
2. Add gas (nitrogen or air) and then heat to set 30ºC-150ºC.The number of seconds to set the time is normally 60 seconds.
3. The solder paste is kept at a constant temperature of 150ºC-180ºC for 90-120 seconds.
4. Rapid heating 180ºC-265ºC.Time 30-60 seconds.
5. Solder paste reflow 265-275ºC.Time 30-60 seconds.Vacuum normally pump vacuum to 10mbar.
6. Cooling the heating platform through the condensate water pipe, cooling quickly.Temperature 275ºC-40ºC.Time 60-90 seconds.Replenish the energy.
7. Open the vacuum chamber pneumatically and take out the product.
